Peruvian Hot Chocolate

  • 2 cans Evaporated milk
  • 3.20 ozs. of Milk Chocolate, chopped coarsely
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 whole clove

Bring both cans of milk to a rolling simmer. Add the chocolate and completely melt it into the milk.

Add in the cinnamon sticks and the one clove, stirring constantly, so as not to burn the mixture, letting the flavors mix together.

Scoop into warm mugs and Enjoy!
