Valentine’s Day Dinner

Our Head Video Editor, Michelle, has been hard at work getting all of the interviews together for you.  Costa Ventosa Winery paired wines for each course.  Cheryl Tull from Smith Island Sweet Shop prepared Cream of Crab soup and Smith Island Crab Cakes.  Chef Patrick Fanning from Sobo’s Wine and Beerstro prepared a gorgeous delectable tuna appetizer and Chateaubriand…. oh my goodness!!  Then Cheryl came back in and prepared an extraordinary heart shaped Red Velvet Cake with cream cheese frosting.  You do NOT want to miss this show!!
